NEWHATCH-C2-MC®

Newcastle-Bronchitis Vaccine

B1 Type, C2 Strain, Mass. and Conn. Types, Live Virus

NEWHATCH-C2-MC® combines the patented, virtually non-reactive C2 strain of B1 type Newcastle Disease (ND) virus with the well established infectious bronchitis protection provided by the Merck Animal Health mild Massachusetts and Connecticut types of IB. It is a lyophilized vaccine approved for spray vaccination of chickens one day of age or older for protection against Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis disease (Massachusetts and Connecticut types).

Indications
NEWHATCH-C2-MC® is indicated for the vaccination of healthy chickens at one day of age or older by coarse spray for protection against Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis (Massachusetts and Connecticut types).

Administration and Dosage
The time of administration should be determined by the degree of Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis exposure, type of chicken being vaccinated, and the current management procedures. Newhatch-C2-MC is approved for use via coarse spray at one day of age or older.

Vaccination
The best protection is obtained when the vaccinated chickens have time to develop immunity prior to exposure to Newcastle disease or infectious bronchitis virus. Good management practices are recommended to reduce the exposure to these viruses for at least three weeks following vaccination.
