Estimated Shipping Schedule

VETSULIN® and Gilvetmab: orders placed by 2 PM CT – Monday through Thursday will be shipped (on ice) the same day. Orders placed on Friday will ship out the following Monday.

Other refrigerated products (shipped on ice): orders placed by 2 PM CT – Monday through Thursday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will ship out the following Monday.

Non-Refrigerated products: orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement and will be shipped Monday through Friday from our warehouse.

This schedule does not include retailer and wholesaler accounts.

Hazardous products are shipped via ground shipping.

Merck Animal Health reserves the right to adjust shipping times.

If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, Merck Animal Health observes it on Monday.

Due to holiday shipping volumes, deliveries may be delayed beyond our control.
