All readers include a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The two-year warranty from the date of purchase is effective as of May 2024 and later. To confirm warranty eligibility, please complete the warranty replacement form below. Include the serial number(s) and model of your reader. Upon receipt, our customer care team will then contact you in 1-2 business days with confirmation of warranty eligibility, or to advise that your reader is no longer under warranty.
