DOWNLOADING YOUR CE CERTIFICATE: After attending a live, CE-eligible event organized by the Professional Service Veterinarian (PSV) team, you can record your attendance and download a completion certificate, here are the general steps to follow:

1. Fill out the form: Carefully fill out all the required fields. Remember to include the certificate code, your name, license state and number, and contact details.

2. For licenses in multiple states remember to ‘+Add another license‘ provided in the form below.

3. Submit the form: After completing the form, submit it by clicking ‘GET YOUR CERTIFICATE‘.

4. Trouble downloading your CE Certificate: If you encounter problems downloading your CE Certificate after attending a live event or viewing an on-demand webinar please contact the PSV team for help and select the ‘CE Certificate help’ in the dropdown.

5. If you have any questions: We often receive questions on topics, multiple licenses, or further discussions on a subject. Feel free to reach out to the PSV team for any questions or comments.
