Clostridium Chauvoei-Septicum-Haemolyticum-Novyi-Sordellii-Tetani-Perfringens Types C & D Bacterin-Toxoid

Shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle 3 months of age or older against disease caused by Clostridium chauvoei, Cl. septicum, Cl. novyi Type B, Cl. haemolyticum, Cl. sordellii, Cl. tetani and Cl. perfringens Types C and D.

This product has been shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle against disease caused by Clostridium chauvoei, C. septicum, C. haemolyticum, C. novyi, C. sordellii, C. tetani, and C. perfringens Types C & D. This product was licensed prior to the requirement to establish a minimum age for use. Duration of immunity has not been established.

Although C. perfringens Type B is not a significant problem in North America, immunity is derived from a combination of the Type C (beta) and Type D (epsilon) fractions.

Mix gently. Inject 2 mL subcutaneously followed by a 2 mL dose in 3 weeks. Calves vaccinated at 3-6 months of age should be given a 3rd vaccination with either this vaccine, or another vaccine containing C. perfringens Type D epsilon toxoid. For advice on revaccination frequency, contact your veterinarian.

Contains Gentamicin and thimerosal as preservatives.

Store at 2°-8°C (35°-46°F). Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not mix with other products. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. This product has not been tested in pregnant animals. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur following use. 
Antidote: Epinephrine. In case of human exposure, contact a physician.
