Biomark provides robust PIT tag monitoring solutions for temporary or long term continuous monitoring. A single or multiplexed series of readers with antennas can be deployed to provide detection within a study area. The IS1001 Reader can be paired with a variety of enclosures and power options to meet the most specialized application needs.

Antenna Cables

Biomark offers antenna cables to extend the monitoring length of the antennas. Not included with antennas, sold separately.

BLE Data Logger Board

The BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) Data Logger Board stores tag IDs and diagnostics data (status reports) received in real-time to its internal flash memory with date and time stamp.

Data-Over-Power Board (IS1001)

Accessory boards add functionality to the IS1001 reader. Typically used in standalone or synchronized system configurations, accessory boards expand the communication capability of individual IS1001 readers. The Biomark Data-Over-Power (DOP) board allows for IS1001 readers to be configured in a “star” configuration as opposed to a “network” configuration, when used as part of an IS1001-MTS system. The star configuration is convenient if more than two locations need to be monitored. For IS1001 standalone application it allows long range (up to 1,000 feet) serial communication.

Electronic Measuring Board

The all new Biomark Electronic Measuring Board is fully designed and constructed in our Boise, Idaho facility from machined high-density polyethylene and welded together for absolute ingress protection and ruggedness.

Environmental Probe Interface Board

The Biomark Environmental Probe interface board provides connectivity and data logging capabilities for the Campbell Scientific 109 Temperature Probe, CS450 and CS451 pressure and temperature probe.

IS1001 Portable Enclosure

The IS1001 Portable Enclosure is specific to the inflatable antenna. With the special option to add a go indicator light that flashes when a tag is detected. The reader can be powered by external batteries. The IS1001 (sold separately from enclosure) acts as your command, control, and data collection center for the PIT Tag monitoring system. IS1001 Submersible Enclosure

For optimal performance, the IS1001 should be placed as close to its respective antenna as possible. Biomark designed the IS1001 submersible enclosure for in-river systems operating with the Master Controller.

Socket Mobile DuraScan D740
