In our latest series, I Am Animal Health, colleagues from around the world share their stories that exemplify the great work we do — and remind us why we strive to be the best animal health company in the world. Here, we feature Andrew Stetson, territory sales manager, U.S. Equine.

Andrew enjoys working in the animal health industry because not only does he get to bring his passion to work every day, but he gets to share that passion with others.

“Many of my clients are die-hard horse people, so it’s pretty cool to be able to spend my day with them, learning from them and also expanding in my passion,” he said.

Andrew has worked for our company for 16 years, and over that time, he said his role has evolved. He has gone from a salesperson calling on customers to a trusted business partner and friend.

“All of my clients know I’m in it to win it with them, and I stand behind them 100 percent,” he said. “So if they need anything, all they need to do is ask.”

Andrew joined our company because of our commitment to animal welfare, as well as our attitudes toward diversity, equity, and inclusion.

“As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, our company stands behind me every day ensuring that I feel included and a part of the team,” he said. Andrew added that he feels his colleagues across the company understand the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion.
