Unconditionally Sustainable: How We’re Doing Our Part
Being the best animal health company in the world means improving the health and welfare of animals. But it also means taking care of our planet and helping our customers make greener choices. Sustainability is a focus priority for our company, woven into our Strategic Framework. The Global Sustainability Task Force, led by Jessica Meisinger, DVM, North America lead for sustainability, U.S. Veterinary and Customer Affairs Team, continues to forge ahead on several sustainability initiatives that underscore our commitment and passion for sustainability as a company.
For these reasons, our Animal Health colleagues in the U.S. are rolling out sustainability as the latest key pillar within their Unconditional platform, which launched in 2020. For more background on Unconditional, click here to view our Unconditional pledge.
The U.S. Team has created a video to help launch this important pillar.
Additionally, the team will further spread the word about our sustainability efforts through:
- Social media posts
- Presentations showcasing our work in sustainability
- One-pagers and infographics
- A blog to be published surrounding World Environmental Day on June 5
“Our individual and collective commitment to finding more sustainable approaches in every aspect of our business – and the ability to communicate our position on sustainability – will create a better world for each other, our customers, our communities, and for future generations,” comments Jessica Meisinger.
