Christina S. Taylor, BS, RVT

Christina Taylor is a registered veterinary technician with more than 30 years of experience in the animal health industry. Since 2007, Taylor has been an integral member of the Merck Animal Health Equine Veterinary Professional Services team, working with both veterinarians and horse owners to address product-related questions or concerns.

Upon completing her bachelor’s degree in animal science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Taylor began working in animal health. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to be involved in both production and companion animal care. She has served in a number of roles, from sales and farm management to laboratory technician and drug safety specialist.

“For me, Unconditional is this team. How we envelop and support each other. You just feel special when you’re with the equine team. It swallows you up, like when you look into a horse’s eyes. I’ve been embraced unconditionally by this team the entire time I’ve been with them.”

Taylor is a member of the American Association of Equine Veterinary Technicians (AAEVT). She attends numerous continuing education seminars to remain current on the latest health information in the equine industry.

In addition to her passion for the animal health industry, Taylor loves spending time with family and friends on the beach at Assateague Island near her home. Taylor and her husband make sure their rescue dog, Auggie, never misses a trip.
