Cattle Pinkeye Vaccines

Pinkeye causes pain, stress and weight loss in cattle. Selecting a vaccine is an important measure to take to prevent this disease from blindsiding your ROI.

Shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle against disease caused by Clostridium chauvoei, Cl. septicum, Cl.novyi, Cl. sordellii and Cl. perfringens Types C and D and Moraxella bovis.

Shown to be effective for the vaccination of healthy cattle 14 weeks of age or older against pinkeye caused by Moraxella bovoculi.

Cattle Insecticides

Used in conjunction with a pinkeye vaccine, fly control is an important component of prevention. Insecticides are available in a variety of formulations to fit your production system.

Insecticide ear tags for up to 5 months’ control of Horn flies and Face flies. Use two tags per head on beef and non-lactating dairy cattle and calves.

ULTRA BOSS pour-on insecticide containing 5% permethrin and 5% piperonyl butoxide. Controls lice, flies and more in lactating and non-lactating dairy cattle, beef cattle and calves, sheep, horses, and goats.

ULTRA SABER is a pour-on insecticide containing 1% lambda-cyhalothrin synergized with 5% piperonyl butoxide. For the control of lice and horn flies on beef cattle and calves.
